Most of the “Pennsylvania pole barn builders” you'll find online aren't from here. They're out of Lancaster County, or Schuylkill County, or a call center that dispatches whoever's closest that week. That's a two-hour round trip every time somebody needs to walk your site, check a measurement, or come back out because the weather blew a schedule.
Uncle Josh's Buildings is based in East Stroudsburg. Poconos lots aren't flat — between the rock and the slope, site prep here isn't the same conversation as site prep in the Lehigh Valley. We've dug in it. Site visits and answers come faster too, since you're not waiting for a rep to clear their calendar for a day trip. And if something needs a look next winter, we're still going to be ten minutes away.
